Steps to take in order for the Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

In order to make this delicious coconut ice-cream, it is very important that you take the measurements as accurately as possible.

Heat milk in a heavy skillet until it is just about to start boiling. Simultaneously, beat the egg yolks with the corn syrup in a bowl and whisk until the mixture thickens. Mix in the hot milk and the melted butter.
Cook this mixture over low heat in order to make the custard for the coconut ice-cream. Stir the mixture continuously until the custard thickens but do not allow the mixture to boil. The stirring prevents the custard from clumping, giving the custard a very smooth texture which is perfect for the coconut ice-cream.
